Came to change my front door lock as it was old and sticky. Excellent service, Oliver was very nice and explained exactly what was needed and what he was doing. Good price and he even cleared up after himself! Highly recommend.

  I contacted the Bees Keys Facebook page first thing this morning to say that my 87 year old Grandmother seemed to have a problem with her front door double lock ‘sticking’. Oliver responded quickly and gave me options of convenient times. He went to my Grandmothers at 10.30 as agreed and text me as he was arriving. I asked him to keep me updated as she has Alzheimer’s so would struggle to understand what he was there for. Oliver then called me within half an hour to explain what he had done to identify the problem and to let me know that a part needed replacing. I was very pleased with the service so far so was more than happy for him to carry out the work required. He was even happy to drop spare keys to her neighbour for me until I can collect them.
